Like recent releases by other Big Four members Metallica and Megadeth, Slayer's newest inspires both nostalgia and awe. Oh, and it's way better than either Death Magnetic or Endgame. Like 1990's Seasons in the Abyss, its variety is what sets it apart; here, there's something for everyone.
